We will be providing training dates over the year, to complete a sports-specific Carbon Literacy toolkit. This will cover climate change, why it's relevant and how you can take action.

UN Sports for Climate Action Framework

UK Sport is aligned with the UN's five key principles:

Principle 1: Undertake systematic efforts to promote greater environmental responsibility.

Principle 2: Reduce overall climate impact.

Principle 3: Educate for climate action.

Principle 4: Promote sustainable and responsible consumption.

Principle 5: Advocate for climate action through communication.

Sport Environment & Climate Change Coalition (SECC)

This coalition has been created to lead and coordinate the sector’s action on climate change and environmental sustainability.

UK Sport Environmental Sustainability Strategy - 1 Year Progress Update
