    BPA Classification

    Classification is the process by which Paralympic athletes are placed in the most appropriate group for competing following an assessment of their impairment.

    LEXI: Impairment To Sport Class Finder

    LEXI is a guide to classification. All athletes still need to be assessed and classified by a qualified classifier.

    UK Sport Pregnancy Guidance

    UK Sport has developed pregnancy guidance to ensure support is provided for athletes who wish to have a child whilst a member of a high-performance funded programme.

    Sleep to compete

    For elite athletes, sleep needs to be a priority. This programme will help you recognise common sleep-related problems and provide you with tools and strategies to help you sleep better. (Athlete 365)

    Mindful social media

    You may use social media to promote your sport, club, country, sponsors and commercial partners. The dilemma is that it can have both a positive and negative impact on athletes’ lives, including their mental health and well-being. (Athlete 365)

    Understanding sports injury

    Project PRISM (Para-athletes Retirement: Insights, Support, Management)
